When we launched BEE in 2009, our objective was to help clients improve their environmental impact. Increasingly, this meant the coupling of planet with people to create a more holistic approach where all ESG related parameters are considered.

BEE was one of the first movers and early adopters of WELL in Asia, helping IWBI shape the standard for China. We have numerous achievements of which we are proud, such as:

• Vertically integrating WELL into all our business divisions by offering full-scope consulting, PV testing, and real-time monitoring to target every requirement of a WELL project.

• Certifying the first WELL project in Asia under v1 Pilot: the Haworth Shanghai Showroom.

• Working on the largest Precertified project in the world: ITC Shanghai.

• Being one of the global early adopters of WELL Keystone Membership and WELL Enterprise Provider.

• Joining as one of the first WELL Performance Testing Organizations in Asia, with a multitude of completed projects since 2018. 

• Having WELL AP’s, WELL Faculty, and PTA’s in our teams across all our global offices.
